When more employers begin purchasing healthcare instead of insurance, the transparendtly-priced healthcare market is encouraged to grow, creating more high-quality healthcare options for all self-funded employers. This ensures healthy competition and better access to care. To encourage this growth, we have developed the Self Fund Health Employer Referral Program.

Here’s How it Works
- You email us at ben@selffundhealth.com to refer an employer. We’ll keep a record of your referral.
- If that employer joins the Self Fund Health plan on or after 1/1/26, you will be credited $5 PEPM fo the next year on your health plan.

The referred organization will also save $5/PEPM for their first year on the plan.
The Fine Print
- You don’t have to be a customer to refer an organization.
- Referred employers must have at least 50 employees, with the majority of those employees living in WI, MN, IL, IA, or MI.
- There is a max referral-driven savings limit of $15/PEPM per year (3 referrals).
