How Do I Request a New ID Card?
If your ID card is lost, damaged, or you need an extra copy, you can request a replacement through the member portal.
Steps to request a new card:
- Log in to the Member Portal.
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Select Request a New Card.
- Confirm your mailing address and submit your request.
A new physical card will be mailed to you, and you can always download a digital copy from the Member Portal right away.
