Can I See my Dependents’ Profiles in the Portal?

Yes, you can view your dependents under the Family tab in the member portal.

Here’s how it works:

• You’ll see all dependents currently enrolled in your plan.
• You can preview their ID cards directly in the portal.
• For children under age 13, you can view their full profile.
• For children 13 and older, you’ll need a PHI Release or a proxy user to access their records.
