Who Is Covered Under My Plan?

You can see who in your family is covered by logging into the member portal.

Steps to check:

  1. Go to the Member Portal and log in.
  2. Click the Family tab.
  3. Review the list of dependents enrolled under your plan.

Important notes:

  • If something looks off, contact your HR department—eligibility and dependent rules are set by your employer.
  • Children’s full profiles are visible in the portal until age 13. After that, a PHI Release form or a proxy account is required for you to view their records.
