Who Is Covered Under My Plan?
You can see who in your family is covered by logging into the member portal.
Steps to check:
- Go to the Member Portal and log in.
- Click the Family tab.
- Review the list of dependents enrolled under your plan.
Important notes:
- If something looks off, contact your HR department—eligibility and dependent rules are set by your employer.
- Children’s full profiles are visible in the portal until age 13. After that, a PHI Release form or a proxy account is required for you to view their records.
