How it works:

• Enter WebID: SFHEALTH
• Search to see if your medication is listed.
• If it is available, you can order it for free home delivery.

If your drug isn’t listed:

• Contact your nurse navigator at nurse@selffundhealth.com or 608-284-8831.
• They’ll help determine if a $0 alternative is available through other preferred channels.
