How to Access Your ID Card (Before the Physical One Arrives)?

You’ll receive a physical insurance ID card in the mail, but you don’t need to wait to start using your plan. You can access a digital copy of your ID card right away through the member portal.

• Go to: portal.selffundhealth.com
• Log in using your email or phone number on file with your HR system
• Once logged in, press Home in the top right corner
• Download your card for future reference or share it directly with your provider or pharmacy
