How to Log In to the Portal?

You can access your health plan information anytime through the member portal.

• Go to: portal.selffundhealth.com
• Enter the email or phone number that is on file with your HR system.
• You’ll receive a one-time code to your email or phone. Enter the code to log in—no password needed.

If your email or phone number doesn’t work, please contact your HR department. Your information may need to be updated in the payroll system before you can access the portal.
