To check whether your pharmacy is in network with our PBM, CapitalRx, follow these steps:
- Go to the pharmacy network lookup page:👉 CapitalRx Pharmacy Directory – Liberty Network
- Enter your pharmacy name, city, or zip code
- Review the results—if your pharmacy appears, it is in network. If not, you may want to call the pharmacy or CapitalRx to confirm.
