Self Fund Health provides members with access to mental health care through two pathways:

1. In-Network Providers
   • Members can use the regional networks (Alliance, Trilogy, Midlands Choice, America’s PPO) and the First Health wrap to access a broad range of licensed mental health professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
   • These providers are billed through the network just like other in-network services.
2. Preferred Providers
   • In some areas, Self Fund Health has partnered with independent mental health practices that agree to fair, transparent pricing (typically averaging 200% of Medicare or less).
   • When members use a Preferred Provider, services may be available at $0 cost.
